Food, treats and supplements may be returned with more than 50% of the product in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase*.
*Cans and pouches can not be returned if they are opened, unopened may be returned within 30 days.
All opened products require customer information to be sent to the manufacturer.
Apparel must be in resellable condition, at employees’ discretion, and returned within the 30-day window.
Toys can only be returned due to manufacturer defects*.
*Some manufacturer require consumers to contact directly for replacements or refunds
No returns on opened raw bar products.
No returns on bulk biscuits.
No returns on bedding or cat furniture
Refund Policy
If the product falls under the return policy guidelines we can issue money back in the same form of payment given*.
*Store credit may be issued at employees’ discretion
Exchange Policy
Any unopened product can be brought back for store credit to be used on a similar product*.
*Leftover balances will remain on customer account for future uses.
